SMS Markaz FAQ

You can check the logs of your sent messages easily at your SMS Markaz account. You can also check the current status of your sent message and the delivery time (depending on the package you purchase).

To Check your sent messages

1. Login to your account
2. Click on "Sent Messages" under Messages menu
3. You can see the detailed report of your sent messages
4. The "Sent Date" displays the time and date the message was sent
5. The "Status" column shows the current status of your sent message.
6. The "Delivery Date" column shows the time and the date when the message was delivered.

To Delete a sent message

1. Login to your account
2. Click on "Sent Messages" under Messages menu
3. Click on DELETE link next to the message text to delete it

To Delete Multiple sent messages

1. Login to your account
2. Click on "Sent Messages" under Messages menu
3. Select the checkbox on the left of the message you want to delete
4. Click on Delete button at the bottom of your phone book to remove the selected contacts
