SMS Markaz FAQ

Every time anyone sends an SMS message to you on SMS Markaz, they will immediately get a response back. It's the easy way to tell the people that you've got their message. You can customize your message to every individual contact in your phone book. This option is available on both "Reply Service" and/or "Unique ID" service.  You can send an immediate response 24 hours a day 7 days a week!.

Auto Responder is an additional add-on product, which can be purchased easily online for Rs. 100 per month.

To subscribe to Auto Responder.
Click on "Buy Add-Ons" link, under "Payments & Packages" menu (see the image below)

On the "Buy Add-ons" page you will see several available Add-On products. To subscribe to the "Auto Responder" add on follow the steps below.

1. Select your payment method (online or offline, for details about our available payment methods click here)
2. Select your payment currency

3. Click on the box on the left of the auto responder heading to select it.
4. Click on "Pay Now" button below to complete your order.

If you preferred to pay online than your add on will be delivered in next few hours, however in case of offline payment the account will be updated after payment confirmation.
