SMS Markaz FAQ

Every time anyone sends an SMS message to you on SMS Markaz, they will immediately get a response back. It's the easy way to tell the people that you've got their message. You can customize your message to every individual contact in your phone book. This option is available on both "Reply Service" and/or "Unique ID" service.  You can send an immediate response 24 hours a day 7 days a week!.

To Add an auto reply to a New Contact

1. Open your phone book
2. Click on Add Contact link
3. Add the name and number of the person
4. In "Auto Responder text" field enter the message you want to send to this person

5. Select what type of message you want to send to this person?
If you select "Simple Service" than message will be sent from our random system numbers (same way as our messages are delivered in Pakistan)
If you select "Branded SMS" than the message will be sent from your own mobile number, however you will have to pay extra charges for every message, and your account must have extra credit to cover these charges. 6. Click on Add button to save the contact.

To Add an auto reply to an existing contact

1. Open your phone book
2. Click on the edit icon next to the contact name to modify it.
3. In "Auto Responder text" field enter the message you want to send to this person

5. Select what type of message you want to send to this person?

6. Click on Modify button below to save this contact.

Every time this person will send you a message he/she will get the message you saved for this person instantly.
