SMS Markaz FAQ

SMS-Markaz has a very innovative SMS forwarding system, that can forward your incoming SMS messages to your email address in seconds. You can forward the emails to your web mail, business email, blackberry or any email server.

To forward SMS messages of a new contact to your email address

1. Open your phone book

2. Click on Add contact link

3. Add the name, and number of the contact

4. In "Block this number" option select "NO"

5. "In Forward to my email" select "YES"

6. If you want to forward it to your registered email address (your account login name) than leave this field blank, however if you want to forward it to some other email address than please enter the address here.

7. Click on Add contact button to save your settings

To add forwarding options to an existing contact

1. Open your phone book

2. Click on Edit link next to the contact name

3. "In Forward to my email" select "YES"

4. If you want to forward it to your registered email address (your account login name) than leave this field blank, however if you want to forward it to some other email address than please enter the address here.

5. Click on Modify button to save your settings

Whenever this contact will send you a message our system will forward it to your email address.

Not receiving our emails? If you've tried in the past but didn't receive an email, your ISP or e-mail program may be blocking e-mails from SMS Markaz. Try consulting your e-mail program's help pages to find out how to change or remove the settings that filter or block e-mails. It may also be worth contacting your Internet Service Provider or System Administrator to ask them why.
