SMS Markaz FAQ

SMS Markaz is a great way to stay in touch with people. However, if you decide you don't want to receive SMS from a particular contact again you can block them. Blocking a contact is simple, quick and allows you to avoid unwanted SMS on SMS Markaz.

To Block a Single contact

1. Open your phone book

2. Click on Add contact link

3. Add the name, and number of the contact

4. In "Block this number" option select "Yes"

5. Press the Add Contact button to block this contact

Whenever this blocked contact will send you a message it will be deleted automatically.

To Block Multiple contacts in your address book

1. Open your phone book

2. Select the checkbox on the left of the contact you want to block

3. Click on Block button at the bottom of your phone book to block the selected contacts
